Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the website operated by Petbery.

Your online purchase from our E-shop and use of the Subscription or Booking Services is conditional on your acceptance and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.

Petbery will NOT deal or provide any services or products to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

Minors under the age of 18 shall be prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.

Terms and conditions apply to all users and visitors to the Petbery website and its services.

If you have any questions regarding these Terms, please contact us before purchasing, or booking any of the Services or using our Subscription at info@petbery.com. Please do not use our Subscription, E-shop or avail our Services if you do not agree with any of the Terms and Conditions.




Petbery is an E-commerce and online Subscription platform allowing users to purchase pet food and pet products from our E-shop, and provides scheduled subscriptions for the delivery of curated boxes for pets called “Petbery Box”. These subscription boxes contain our pre-selected variety of items including treats, chews, toys and poop bags. Items and products are subject to change and availability.

Petbery also provides one-time purchases for the Petbery Box and facilitates the booking of pet-related services such as pet sitting, dog walking, pet care, and leisure. These products and services are subject to change and availability.

The subscription boxes, product purchases, and relevant services are delivered to the customers at their given address within the time mentioned in our delivery terms or at the scheduled date throughout the period of their purchased subscription plan.

The Petbery Boxes displayed on the website and on social media are for display purposes only. The boxes delivered will contain our own pre-selected items with each recurring delivery. We will not send the box with the same items twice in a row (with the exception of the biodegradable poop bags).




All ordering is executed online at Petbery.com, via desktop or mobile. Users are billed directly by us upon purchase of orders and have the option of paying online by Card.

Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.

All payments should be made in AED. We do not accept other currencies.

In case of a delayed payment or non-payment, Petbery holds the right to cancel or reschedule the delivery of your order. The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.

If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.

The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and www.petbery.com policies and rules.

Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.



Once the payment is made, a confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email or Sms within 24 hours of receipt.




You can return any item purchased from our E-shop only if they are incorrectly purchased or defective except for perishable food items. Because we are very cautious about how perishable items are stored and delivered, once they have left our warehouse and have been delivered we can not accept them back. If you have a quality issue with any food that you have purchased you must report to us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can rectify and investigate your concerns with the supplier.

We will refund or exchange any item that is defective or has been incorrectly purchased within 7 days of purchase as long as it is in the same packaging and condition as received (excluding food and perishable items). Once we receive the returned item, the Petbery team will examine the product and approve the refund or exchange request. Petbery reserves the right to reject the return if the item is found to have been altered with or used, or if the item was purchased on sale or discount. Refunds for the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) will be done only through the original mode of payment, i.e to the customer’s credit card. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Petbery has a ‘no refund’ policy for the Petbery Box or any products on sale or discount. In case any product is defective or a wrong order has been delivered, you must report to us within 48 hours of delivery and our team will arrange for the exchange of your order.

Our team is available to speak to you in person and all customers will be called or emailed back in a short professional time frame.




 Customers can cancel their order from our E-shop at any point unless it has already been dispatched, in which case, please refer to the refund policy.

Petbery Box ongoing subscriptions can be canceled after the 3rd subscription box has been successfully charged and delivered.

Customers can cancel their requested Services within 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking or appointment; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.




When you use the ‘Petbery.com’ service, Petbery will collect certain data about you. Please be aware that the material/data uploaded and collected by us, will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.  The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.

All personal details uploaded to Petbery for payment and purchase purposes will be held by the ‘TELR Payment Gateway’, operating as per UAE law. Please visit their website for terms and conditions. By providing us with your email and direct contact number, you allow us to contact you directly via (message, call, email) for promotional purposes unless directed otherwise (via our opt-out system).

User agrees that by accepting this Terms and Conditions Agreement, User is consenting to the use and disclosure of their personally identifiable information and other practices described in our Privacy Policy, as per UAE law. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason, the other provisions (and any partially-enforceable provision) should not be affected thereby and shall remain valid and enforceable to the maximum possible extent.

Petbery reserves the right to modify/discontinue the Subscription service with or without notice to the User. Petbery is not liable to the User if we modify/discontinue the Subscription service, as is our right.




User agrees to indemnify and hold Petbery, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and independent contractors, harmless from any demand or claim, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of User’s use of the Service, the violation of this Agreement, or infringement by User, or other user of the Service using User’s computer, of any intellectual property or any other right of any person or entity.




Product specifications for items sold by Petbery (such as Petbery Boxes, pet food and pet products) have been provided by the Vendors.

Petbery aims to provide healthy food and treats for pets, however, we assume no responsibility for the nutritional information and allergen advice on the items sold on the website “Petbery.com”. It is the pet owner’s responsibility to read the labels on the product(s) in order to ensure they are safe for consumption. Please note that pets should always be monitored and never left alone when playing with toys, chews or treats.

Petbery makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with regard to any product offered or provided by any Vendor, and you acknowledge that any reliance on representations and warranties provided by any Vendor shall be at your own risk.

The vendors hold responsibility for the orders, and Petbery is not liable for any incorrect or spoiled items delivered.

Information provided on our Blog is written by a third party or collected from publicly available sources. While Petbery makes every effort to ensure that the information on this website is accurate, we can make no representations or warranties as to the reliability or accuracy of any information provided on Petbery.com.




If you wish to make a claim as a result of using one of our Service(s) or Subscription(s), the courts in Dubai, United Arab Emirates will have jurisdiction.

These terms of use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Users agree that they shall not use the Service(s) or Subscription(s) in any way that violates federal, state, or international laws, regulations or other government requirements.

Users are responsible for compliance and assume all knowledge of applicable law and with any such laws.

User further agrees not to transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable state, local, national, or international law or regulation.




All content on the Petbery site, including graphics, images, text, site design is owned by us. Any distribution of materials on the website (replication, downloading, modifying, etc.) without prior written permission by Petbery is prohibited.




We may revise these terms of use at any time by amending this page. We ask that you visit this page from time to time to take note of any changes to the Terms and conditions.




Petbery has given extra care to the design of our E-commerce and Subscription platform. However, if any technical problems, errors or omissions occur in relation to our content, we are not responsible. However, we will make every effort to rectify the issue in a timely manner.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability (whether arising in contract, in negligence or otherwise) for loss or damage which you or any third party may incur in connection with our Site, or mobile application or any website linked to our site and any materials posted on it. This does not affect our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.




Content posted on our website or other related social media, and commented upon is not to be taken as advice upon which you should rely on. We do not hold any responsibility for any reliance being placed on such materials or content.




We ask that when you use our platform or service(s) to post material on the website or associated social media that you be mindful and comply with the applicable law in the United Arab Emirates and in any country from which they are posted.

Contributions must not:

  • Contain defamatory information about any person, or be offensive, inflammatory, promote sexually explicit material, or promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age, or harass any other users or persons;

Fulfilled by Petbery: If your order is over AED 100, we will ship it free

anywhere in the UAE.

Fulfilled by Vendor:  Fees will be set by each vendor and will be mentioned on the product page and in the cart.

Delivery can often be completed within 24hrs of the order being placed and your delivery time confirmed, provided all items are in stock. We do not currently ship overseas.

If you have placed multiple orders then we will try to combine your orders & deliver them together to charge only one shipping fee. If multiple orders are placed at different times, then the separate shipping fee will apply since those orders will be shipped separately.

We endeavor to ship all orders promptly and as quickly as possible. Deliveries within Zone C are delivered within a maximum of five (5) working days and we don’t deliver in Nonservice areas (NSA). We always try to deliver as quickly as possible.

Zone C area- Wagan ,Zaaher ,Al Aqwa ,Al Buraimi ,Adan, Al Jeer, Ghalila, Bida Zayed, Al Marfa, Mezyad , Al Harmia, Tarif, Baynunah , Qasr Al Sarab, Qasr Al Bahar, Ghayati , Al Hamra(Abu Dhabi).

Non Service area- Umm al Nar power station, Buhasa, Military camp, Truck Road, Al shaab, AL Dabiyaa, Jirab, Delma island, New Shwaib, Ayn al Faydah, Modafanah( Oman border) , Buraimi, Adgat, Dadna, Ghalilah.
